Note:  Immediate family of a dues-paying member shall be:

          Spouse – Child – Parent - Brother – Sister – Grandchild – Grandparent

This reimbursement does not cover the family of a non-member.

Any amount requested in excess of the above amounts shall be paid for by the members of the Chapter requesting such payment.

An AFSCME Local 1703 expense report and a copy of a receipted bill shall accompany all requests for reimbursement.  Please note on the bill if the payment requested is for a member or for one the member’s immediate family.  Failure to do so will delay the reimbursement.
